What courier do you use for deliveries?

How long does delivery take?

Orders generally take between 2-5 working days to arrive. Local deliveries may be quicker.

How much is delivery?

We offer FREE delivery on orders over 6 bottles.
For fewer than six bottles, delivery costs are as follows:

  • North Island $16
  • North Island Rural Delivery $21
  • South Island $12
  • South Island Rural Delivery $17
  • Christchurch $7
  • Christchurch Rural Delivery $12

Can I track my item?

Yes. You will be sent a confirmation email and a tracking number.

Do you deliver to my country?

We are currently only set up for online shopping within New Zealand. Please contact us if you are outside New Zealand.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa and Mastercard.

What currency should I use?

All prices and payments are in New Zealand dollars.

What is your online returns policy?

If you are not completely happy with the goods you have received, return them to us within 14 days of receipt. Providing they are in original resalable condition, we may be able to offer you a refund.

Who pays for return postage?

The customer is liable for return postage.

Can you confirm you have received my return?

We aim to process returns within 2 working days of receiving them. You will be notified by email once the returns process is complete.
